TRANS4MD FACULTY LINEUP 2024

  • Hannah Haigler | Jazz Fusion

Hannah grew up right outside of Charlotte, North Carolina where she has danced for over twenty years. At sixteen, she accepted Christ and her life and dancing changed forever. After stepping away from dance after high school, God brought dance back into her life with a new perspective on how holy He intended dance to be, which inspired the creation of Studio 28 Ministries. Hannah is a member of Hopewell Baptist Church in Monroe, NC and has both worked on staff in Student Ministry and served in Dance Ministry at Hopewell. Currently, she is on faculty at No Limits Dance Company and a Middle and High School English teacher at Carolina Christian School.

  • Emily Johnson | Tap

Emily has been dancing since the age of two, when she put on her first pair of tap shoes. When she was a sophomore in high school, she accepted Jesus into her heart and began the eternal process of pursuing the Lord in all areas of life. Emily is a member of Legacy Church in Gastonia, NC, where she serves as a worship leader. She has worked in children’s ministry and served as a worship leader consistently as the Lord placed that calling on her heart. Currently, she is the recreational program director and an instructor at Beyond Dance Project and a 5th grade teacher at Pleasant Ridge Elementary School.

  • Kasia Oliver | Contemporary

Kasia Oliver grew up in Kingsport, Tennessee and is now a junior in college at East Tennessee State University. She has been dancing for 17 years, was a competitive dancer for 6 years, and has been choreographing for 5 years. Dance has been a sacred space throughout her life where she lays the fullness of her emotions at the feet of Jesus. She loves using dance as an outlet of praise through every circumstance, and one of her greatest joys is connecting with others through dance and worship. Kasia cannot wait to meet you, hug you, dance with you, and rejoice in the beautiful story God is writing in each of your lives!
